*مكونات الدواء
يحتوي دواء أوستيوكير على عنصر الكالسيوم والماغنسيوم والزنك وفيتامين د وهي تركيبة متكاملة لتقوية العظام والأسنان ويستخدم للنساء الحوامل والمرضعات وأثناء فترة النمو والتسنين .

*دواعي استخدام دواء أوستيوكير
يستخدم لعلاج ضعف العظام.
يعالج نقص الكالسيوم في الجسم.

يعالج قصور نشاط الغدة الدرقية.
يعالج نقص الكالسيوم عند النساء يعد انقطاع الطمث.
يعالج حالات لين العظام والمعروفة باسم الكساح.
يساعد في نمو الطفل بشكل سليم ويقوي البنية العضلية.
*موانع استخدام دواء أوستيوكير
لا يجب استخدام اوستيوكير في حالة زيادة مستوى الكالسيوم أو الماغنسيوم في الدم .
لمن يعانون من مشاكل في الكلى أو تكون حصوات الكلى تجنب تناول العقار .
ممنوع استخدامة في حالة الحساسية المفرطة من مكونات العقار .
يمنع استخدامة بعد انتهاء مدة الصلاحية حتى لا يسبب مشاكل جسيمة على الجسم .
لا يستخدم في حالات الملازمة للفراش لمدة طويلة دون حركة
*الجرعة Osteocare
يتم تحديد الجرعة ومدة العلاج على حسب الحالة الصحية ومدى احتياج الجسم ويكون بناء على التشخيص الجيد من الطبيب .
في العادة يتم وصف قرص إلى قرصين في اليوم .
يفضل تناول الجرعة بعد الأكل لتقليل من أثارة على المعدة .
يتم تناول الجرعة مع كمية وافية من الماء بدون مضغ أو استحلاب أو تكسير .
للاطفال يتم تحديد الجرعة على حسب وزن وعمر الطفل مقسمة على جرعتين في اليوم .
*جرعة Osteocare للاطفال
عمر 1 – 3 سنوات : 350 مجم في اليوم .
4 الى 6 سنوات : 450 مجم في اليوم .
7 الى 10 سنوات : 550 مجم في اليوم .
من عمر 11 الى 18 عام : 800 – 1000 مجم في اليوم .

تناول منتجات تحتوى على فيتامين د .
ارتفاع مستوى الكالسيوم وفيتامين د في الجسم .
لمن يعانون من امراض القلب والاوعية الدموية .
أمراض الكلى وتكون حصوات الكلى .
اضطرابات في الجهاز المناعي .
أمراض الكبد .
امراض الامعاء مثل مرض ويبل أو مرض كرون .
يحتوى العقار على نسبة من السكر أو الاسبارتام والتي يحذر تناولها لمرضى السكر .
