عادل الشرار كاتب ومدرب تنمية بشرية ومؤسس للعديد من المشاريع، عراقي الجنسية من مواليد 1996، ولد عادل خضر خلف شرار في محافظة صلاح الدين - قضاء الشرقاط وحاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في الفيزياء من جامعة تكريت، ولد عادل لأسرة أدبية تعشق الأدب وتكتب الشعر، تأثر عادل بذلك فكان واسع الثقافة والمعرفة يحب الكتابة وقراءة الكتب.
قام بتأليف عدد من الكتب المشتركة مع مجموعة من الكتاب والكاتبات في عموم العراق وفي عام 2021 م نشر كتابه الأول الخاص بعنوان ( رسائل تالفة ) .
وبسبب ثقافته وطموحه دخل مجال التدريب في التنمية البشرية حتى أصبح مستشارًا تدريبيًا عراقيًا معتمدًا لدى النقابة العامة لمدربي التنمية البشرية واتحاد نقابات المدربين العرب والنقابة العامة للمدربين العراقيين ومؤسسة العراقة للثقافة والتنمية وعمل سابقًا رئيسًا لنقابة مدربي التنمية البشرية في صلاح الدين لعدة شهور قبل ان يقدم استقالته، وكذلك عمل مدربا لدى وكالة المراسلين العراقيين.

عمل ككاتب ومدرب ومدير لعدد من المشاريع، والذي بدوره كان له مشاركات فعَالة في العديد من الحملات، والنشاطات الإنسانية، والثقافية أيضًا، الأمر الذي دفعه إلى تأسيس مجلة (حلم على ورق) الإلكترونية في عام 2019 م ، وبدء في جمع عدد من الكتاب والكاتبات من العراق حيث أصبح لديه عدد شهري مميز للمجلة بالإضافة إلى نشر مواهب وتشجيع الطاقات الشبابية بشكل كبير وواضح.

وللقيام بحملات تطوعية وانسانية أكبر وأكثر قام بتأسيس فريق الشرقاط للعمل التطوعي المسجل في وزارة الشباب والرياضة العراقية في عام 2021م مع عدد من الشباب والشابات لمساعدة الفقراء والمحتاجين.

ولتمتعه بالطموح والتميز وحرصه الشديد على تطوير مجتمعه والاخذ بيد اقرانه الشباب نحو التميز وخدمة المجتمع لم يكتفي بتأسيس الفريق التطوعي بل قام بتأسيس منظمة صلاح الدين للثقافة والتنمية المسجلة في الأمانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء العراقي ومعتمدة لدى النقابة العامة لمدربي التنمية البشرية والتي تهدف إلى نشر السلام وتنمية مهارات الأفراد والمؤسسات من أجل تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
