تثير الأحجار الكريمة اهتمام العديد من الناس بسبب اعتقاداتهم بأنها تحمل فوائد صحية وتساعد على التوازن الروحي. ومع ذلك، فإن مدى صحة هذه الاعتقادات موضع جدل ونقاش.

تعتقد بعض الأشخاص أن الأحجار الكريمة تحتوي على طاقة إيجابية تؤثر على الجسم والعقل والروح، وأن استخدامها يمكن أن يساعد على تحقيق التوازن والتأثير الإيجابي على الصحة العامة. ومن بين الأحجار الكريمة التي يعتقد بعض الناس أن لها فوائد صحية:

الكوارتز الوردي: يعتقد البعض أن الكوارتز الوردي يساعد على تحسين الحب والعلاقات العاطفية وتحسين الصحة العاطفية.

اللازورد: يعتقد البعض أن اللازورد يساعد على تحسين التواصل والتعبير عن الذات وتحسين الثقة بالنفس.

العقيق: يعتقد البعض أن العقيق يساعد على تحسين الصحة العامة وتحسين الاستقرار العاطفي.
